    im just awake from my sleep, gosh, cause today's trg is really tired. OMG, can die one. 4hrs of trg sia. At th end still do frogjump. hais, so i dint really had breakfast and im like no energy to jump sia. And coach change my position. After trg, went to lunched with rachel and natalie. Our legs are like jelly, cannot walk. AHAH. i shall end here, short post fot today.
